If you obsess over your fantasy teams the way the Madman does, that can make it hard to find things to be thankful for during a rough season.
If you had Malik Nabers, Tyreek Hill, Mike Evans or James Conner, it might be easier to rattle off curses than find reasons to be thankful. Cam Skattebo, Garrett Wilson, Tucker Kraft? No thanks there, either. Stashing Brandon Aiyuk or Joe Mixon? Thanks for nothing.
Granted, as bad as it is for fantasy managers, it is worse for the real players. But we’re not here to talk about real-world problems, we’re here to moan about our pretend football drama.
At least some of that drama seems to be coming to an end. So allow us, in our week of thanks, to say thanks for the return of Joe Burrow. For the likely soon return of Omarion Hampton. And for Sunday’s return of Bucky Irving.
