The Texans signed Speed to their practice squad Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The third-year corner from Michigan State was dropped by the Browns in early October, but it now appears he’s found a new home in Houston. Speed’s last in-game action came with the Bears in 2024, when he appeared in two contests and failed to record a stat across 17 total snaps (14 on special teams, three on defense).
