Brendan O’Sullivan provides his top player prop bets for Sunday’s Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Tennessee Titans matchup.

The AFC South is competitive this season, making this division matchup an important one for playoff purposes.

The Jaguars are a Wild Card team, while the Titans are nose-diving for the No. 1 pick.

Jacksonville is a six-point favorite and -270 on the moneyline, while Tennessee is +220 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The game total is set at 41.5 points.

Here are my favorite player props for this Week 13 NFL game between the Jaguars and Titans.

Jaguars vs. Titans Best Prop Bets

Cam Ward over 20.5 completions (+100)

It’s no secret that the Titans are tanking. At 1-10, they control their destiny for the No. 1 pick for the second consecutive year. That said, Cam Ward, the 2025 No. 1 pick, showed some life last week against the Seahawks.

Seattle has a top-10 defense, so it was promising to see Ward complete 28-of-42 passes (66.7%) for 256 yards and a touchdown in a 30-24 loss. It’s improvement, which is what the Titans are looking for.

The Jaguars also have a good defense, making this another difficult game for the rookie quarterback. However, he’s completed at least 21 passes in seven of 11 games and in six of his last seven games.

Additionally, Jacksonville’s defense shines in the run stop. Its pass defense is far less potent, allowing the eighth most passing yards and third most pass attempts.

Travis Etienne Jr. over 62.5 rushing yards (-115)

Injuries to Travis Hunter and Brian Thomas Jr. overshadowed Travis Etienne Jr.’s resurgent season. The fourth-year running back seemed to have lost his role as the lead back in Jacksonville. Then the Jaguars traded Tank Bigsby and Etienne proved why he’s the definitive starter.

Through 11 games, Etienne is up to 815 rushing yards, which is on pace to surpass his career high of 1,125 set in his rookie season.

Although Thomas is set to return this week, the Jaguars should still funnel the offense through Etienne. He’s been the offensive engine that’s led gotten this team to a 7-4 record. Furthermore, the Titans could easily fall behind, paving way for the Jaguars to milk clock on the ground.

Tony Pollard under 38.5 rushing yards (-111)

The Titans’ run game is as weak as it gets, even with both Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears in the backfield. Pollard is still the lead back, but he’s not much of a factor in recent games.

The 28-year-old had 20 and 22 rushing yards on 11 and 10 carries over the past two weeks, respectively. That comes out to a yards per carry average of 1.8 and 2.2. Sure, the Seahawks and Texans both have good defenses, but so do the Jaguars.

This will likely be another poor outing for Pollard as the Jaguars run away with this one.
