Meet the NY Jets’ 2025 NFL Draft class, player-by-player
Who did the Jets pick in the 2025 NFL Draft? Check out the entire class, pick by pick.
The Jets emerged victorious in a wild 27-24 win as time expired in regulation over the Falcons on Sunday afternoon at MetLife Stadium in Week 13.
It was a back-and-forth, seesaw type of game in the Meadowlands, with New York and Atlanta taking turns punting in the first half and then scoring touchdowns, field goals and even missing field goals in the second half.
When it mattered most late with the game tied at 24, Jets’ QB Tyrod Taylor did enough to get the team in field position and set up the eventual 56-yard game-winning field goal by place kicker Nick Folk, who redeemed himself after he missed one earlier from 55 yards out in the cold, pouring rain.
The more important question is with the win, where do the Jets currently stand with their two first round picks in the 2026 NFL Draft order?
Here’s what you need to know:
Where do Jets pick in first round of 2026 NFL Draft?
Heading into this week, the Jets owned the No. 4 overall pick after a Week 12 loss along with the Indianapolis Colts first round selection from the Sauce Gardner trade.
Following their dramatic victory over the Falcons in Week 13, the Jets have dropped from the fourth spot to the No. 6 overall pick and also hold the 22nd overall pick in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft, according to Tankathon.
With the win, the Jets chances of landing the No. 1 overall pick have unironically tanked, as they now have a five percent chance of owning the top spot. If they would’ve went to overtime and lost, that number would’ve jumped to 22 percent.
The Jets (3-9) moved behind Cleveland Browns (3-9), who own the advantage of having the No. 6 overall pick over the Jets due to having a softer strength of schedule (SOS) while the two teams sport the same record.
The Cardinals (3-9) are below the Jets at No. 7 overall because they have a harder SOS.
