(WLUK) — Some rare pieces of Green Bay Packers history are up for auction.
A certificate from the team’s 1935 stock sale is part of Heritage Auctions’ Winter Sports Auction.
Heritage Auctions believes this is the only certificate from the 1935 stock sale that has ever been available at auction. As of Monday afternoon, the bid was $16,500.

The 1935 stock sale was the second in Packers history. It was also the year the Green Bay Football Corp. reorganized as Green Bay Packers, Inc.
Other items in the auction include a game-worn Brett Favre jersey, several autographed items from the Vince Lombardi era and, interestingly, a game-worn Aaron Rodgers knee brace.
The Winter Sports Auction ends Dec. 21.

It’s not the only auction featuring Packers memorabilia. The Lelands Fall Classic Auction includes items from Lombardi-era great Forrest Gregg’s personal collection. That auction ends Saturday.
