(KTDY) – We have seen some terrible plays in NFL history, but we may have witnessed the worst NFL play, and it happened on Monday Night Football.

The Giants, who are terrible this year, attempted a field goal, and their kicker, Younghoe Koo, missed the entire ball. You can see that his kicking foot gets stuck in the ground, which led to a failed field goal attempt Monday night.

Koo, who was once considered one of the best kickers in the league, has gone through a tough time on the field, and this play that you are about to see may have sealed his fate in the NFL. And perhaps that is why the Atlanta Falcons recently cut the veteran kicker.

Of course, as soon as this aired on ESPN Monday night, the internet erupted, and some jokingly suggested that the kicker be investigated for point shaving. After all, several NBA players are under investigation for point shaving, and has that made it to the NFL?

After this mishap, cameras zoomed in on the rookie quarterback for the New York Giants, and he couldn’t believe what he said. You can see that he says, “Oh, my God,” after Koo stubbed his toe in the turf.

Again, it’s been that type of year for the Giants.
