The Cardinals now would have the eighth overall pick if the season ended today.

The Arizona Cardinals lost on Sunday, their fourth consecutive loss and ninth in their last 10 games. This has impacted their place in the 20256 NFL draft order.

Already in the top 10, they moved up a spot entering Week 14.

Where do they now stand?

Cardinals move up in 2026 NFL draft order

According to Tankathon, the Cardinals have moved up a spot. Last week, they had the ninth overall pick. After Week 13, if the season ended today, they would have the eighth overall pick.

At 3-9, they are tied record-wise with the Cleveland Browns, Washington Commanders and New York Jets.

But because the Cardinals have the stronger strength of schedule (SOS), they pick last among these four teams with the same record. The Browns’ strength of schedule is .483. The Commanders’ is .512, and the Jets’ is .539. Meanwhile, the Cardinals’ is .565, and that isn’t likely to change much with the schedule they have.
