The Jets defenders know the number.
The dreaded Blutarsky: 0.0.
That’s the number of interceptions the 3-9 Jets have (not) produced as a team through 12 games this season — a dubious NFL record they keep adding to with each game — as they enter Sunday’s matchup with the 5-7 Dolphins at MetLife Stadium.
It’s an unfathomable number, considering that with 358 pass attempts against them not one ball has even accidentally fallen into some defender’s lap off a deflection or some other fluke play.
