The biggest news most fans have been waiting for surrounds Lions’ ALL-Pro WR Amon-Ra St. Brown, who WILL PLAY Thursday night.
The Lions apparently saw some positive progress in Amon-Ra St. Brown’s ankle injury during pre-game warm-ups, as he is not listed among the inactives for this game, which means he is very likely to play against the Cowboys. Originally given a 1-2 week injury outlook, St. Brown was insistent that he’d have a chance to play this week, and he’s once again beat the odds. While St. Brown could see limited action in this game, having him available at all is a tremendous benefit.
With just one player elevated for this game, the Lions’ roster sits at 54 players on the game-day roster, and with 48 eligible to play, Detroit needs to declare six players inactive for today’s matchup.
