With the Los Angeles Chargers (8-4) taking on the Philadelphia Eagles (8-4) from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif., on Dec. 9, both teams have revealed their injury reports ahead of the Monday Night Football matchup.

While both teams have an extra day of preparation, a few notable names listed on the respective reports are worth noting ahead of this Monday’s clash.

Chargers Injury Report

The Chargers opened the first day of practice on Thursday, Dec. 4, with 10 players listed on their injury report: six limited, three not practicing, and just one participating in a full practice.

The three that did not practice were outside linebacker Bud Dupree (Rest), tight end Tusker Fisk (Ankle), and defensive lineman Da’Shawn Hand (Illness).

The main area of concern for LA is the status of their six players listed under “limited practice,” which includes running backs Omarion Hampton (Ankle) and Hassan Haskins (Hamstring), guard/tackle Trey Pipkins III (Back), offensive lineman Jamaree Salyer (Shoulder), wide receiver Quentin Johnston (Shoulder), and quarterback Justin Herbert (Left Hand).

Both Hampton and Haskins are working back into the lineup through their individual 21-day practice windows after being placed on injured reserve earlier this season, and Kris Rhim reported that each is donning a yellow “non-contact” jersey.

Quarterback Justin Herbert, who underwent successful surgery on Monday to repair a broken bone in his non-throwing (left) hand that he suffered in the recent win over the Raiders, is optimistic about his chances of starting against the Eagles Monday night, despite the limited designation.

Defensive lineman Otito Ogbonnia (elbow) was the lone Bolt to be a fully practice participant, but he also had his 21-day practice window opened last week.

Eagles Injury Report

For the visiting Eagles, Philadelphia has eight players listed on their Thursday report, including four who held “limited practice” designations, two who did not practice, and two who completed a full practice.

Among those eight players, the most notable is defensive tackle Jalen Carter, who has already been ruled “out” for Monday’s game after undergoing a procedure on both his shoulders.

Offensive tackle Lane Johnson was the other Eagle to miss practice on Thursday, as he has missed the past two games with a foot injury.

The Charger-Eagles game on Monday night will air on ABC, with kickoff scheduled for 5:15 p.m. PT.
