Shedeur Sanders will make his third consecutive start for the Cleveland Browns behind a banged up offensive line on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.
The team officially ruled out starting right tackle Jack Conklin on Friday, at the conclusion of the week of practice. Conklin suffered a concussion during the team’s loss to the San Francisco 49ers last week and couldn’t return. He spent the week of practice in the concussion protocol but did not clear in time for this weekend’s game.

Head coach Kevin Stefanski had previously ruled out starting right guard Wyatt Teller due to a calf injury, also sustained in the 49ers game, which leaves the right side of the offensive line very much in flux for Sunday. Teven Jenkins is expected to start in Teller’s place after rotating with him last week.
Joining Conkin and Teller as out for Sunday are rookie defensive lineman Adin Huntington and tight end Brenden Bates. Huntington is dealing with a quad injury, while Bates continues nursing an ankle injury. That duo also missed last week’s matchup with the 49ers due to their respective injuries, which were sustained during the team’s Week 12 win over the Las Vegas Raiders.
The Browns also tagged a handful of players with a questionable designation heading into the weekend. Headlining that list is rookie defensive tackle Mason Graham, who popped up on the report suddenly on Friday with a rib injury.
His fellow defensive lineman Mike Hall Jr. will also enter Sunday as questionable after being limited for the last two days of practice this week due to a knee injury. Stefanski revealed that something happened at practice on Thursday.

Also on the defensive line, defensive end Isaiah McGuire is considered questionable as he continues working through a knee injury that occurred against San Francisco. On a positive note, DE Alex Wright is cleared after missing the last three games due to aquad injury.
Also listed as questionable are RB Dylan Sampson, who has been battling a calf injury of his own this week, and LB Devin Bush, who is working through a foot ailment.
