The Miami Dolphins are in the midst of a three-game winning streak as the team attempts to make a late push for a potential playoff spot in a crowded AFC race.
After starting the season 1-6, Miami has won four of its last five games and likely needs to win its remaining five games to have a shot at the playoffs. Up next is a very winnable battle against the New York Jets, who have struggled to contain explosive offenses such as the Dolphins.

Wide receiver AJ Henning was hit with a suspension with just five games left in the season.
“Dolphins practice squad WR AJ Henning has been suspended for violating the league’s policy on performance enhancing substances, a league source confirmed to ESPN Henning is a rookie UDFA out of Northwestern and has not played this season. He caught three passes for 34 yards this preseason,” Dolphins reporter Marcel Louis-Jacques reported.
Henning is a former top recruit who played under current Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh at Michigan before eventually transferring to Northwestern where he finished his college football career. He signed with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent ahead of the 2025 season.
After this weekend’s showdown against New York, the Dolphins close out the season against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cincinnati Bengals, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New England Patriots.
