Fans can skate with Josh Palmer and Billy Buffalo during Saturday’s Highmark Mafia Skate at Canalside, with raffles, giveaways and a charity component.
BUFFALO, N.Y. — Bills fan will have a chance to skate with Bills wide receiver Joshua Palmer and mascot Billy Buffalo during the Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Mafia Skate at Ice at Canalside on Saturday, Dec. 6.
The event will feature Buffalo-themed activities, including raffles, giveaways and photo opportunities. Folks are encouraged to wear their Bills gear. The most festively dressed fans will receive Zubaz bucket hats provided by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
$1 from all skate rentals will be donated to benefit the Muslim Society of Buffalo. Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield members will receive $1 off skate rentals and ice admission by showing their member ID card.
The Mafia Skate runs from 5 to 10 p.m. Saturday. Palmer is scheduled to appear from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Ice at Canalside, 44 Prime Street in Buffalo.
