The Tennessee Titans are heading out to the shores of Lake Erie for their Week 14 matchup with Shedeur Sanders the Cleveland Browns, and have made a change to their injury report as they depart Nashville.
The Titans have downgraded defensive tackle Shy Tuttle from questionable to out for Sunday’s matchup against. Tuttle entered the week in concussion protocol but practiced throughout the week and must not have progressed well enough to be ready to go for the week.

Tuttle will not make the trip to Cleveland and will join center Lloyd Cushenberry (foot) and cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis (Achilles) as out on Sunday.
Kendell Brooks was also in concussion protocol heading into the week, but it was announced that he has cleared all requirements and has no injury designation heading into the game.
Tennessee did not announce any practice squad elevations when they dropped this news, and with Xavier Restrepo battling an ankle injury, it might not have to add any players for this matchup.
