But with the 4-9 Bengals’ playoff probability down to 1 percent and the Dolphins sitting at 6-7, the Bengals-Dolphins game could be flexed out of Sunday night.

Among games with potential playoff implications currently scheduled for 1 p.m. Eastern on Dec. 21: 11-2 Patriots at 6-7 Ravens; 7-6 Buccaneers at 7-6 Panthers; and 8-4 Chargers at 6-6-1 Cowboys.
Among games with potential playoff implications currently scheduled for 4 p.m. Eastern that day: 9-4 Jaguars at 11-2 Broncos and 7-6 Steelers at 8-5 Lions.
Which games can the NFL flex?
For Sunday Night Football, the flex may be used any week during Weeks 11-17.
For Sunday Night Football in Weeks 14-17, the flexible scheduling decision will generally be made no later than six days prior to the game, according to NFL.com.
