The Miami Dolphins are on a roll and just one more win away from being back at .500.

After a dominant 34-10 victory over the New York Jets on Sunday, the Dolphins are inching closer to being a contender for a spot in the playoffs. A win against the 7-6 Pittsburgh Steelers next week on Monday Night Football would kick those hopes for the Dolphins into gear.

Still, Miami is going to need some help. An Achilles injury for Daniel Jones could make the 8-5 Indianapolis Colts vulnerable for a slide, but the 8-5 Houston Texans wasted no time jumping into their spot.

With a Monday night game between the Los Angeles Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles left in Week 14, here’s how the AFC stacks up:

Denver Broncos: 11-2New England Patriots: 11-2Jacksonville Jaguars: 9-4Pittsburgh Steelers: 7-6Buffalo Bills: 9-4Los Angeles Chargers: 8-4Houston Texans: 8-5

Before the Dolphins play next week against the Steelers, there a few pivotal Week 15 games that’ll impact Miami’s chances. The Chiefs will host the Chargers and the Patriots will host the Bills in a pair of games kicking off at 1 p.m. ET.
