After beating the Cleveland Browns 26-8 at Huntington Bank Field in Week 13, the San Francisco 49ers enjoy a well-deserve week off, giving them a chance to rest and recover to prepare for the final four games of the regular season.

Kyle Shanahan’s squad, despite being decimated by injuries this year, has found a way to go 9-4 through 14 weeks, setting themselves up just one game out of first place in the division and in sixth place in the conference.

As the season goes on, USA Today’s Nate Davis has released his latest power rankings, and after being at No. 10 last week, they’ve remained at the same spot heading into Week 15.

“They’re holding steady at No. 10 − and even moved up a spot in the wild-card standings during their much-needed bye week,” Davis said. “The Niners are also just a game off the NFC West lead but only have one more divisional game (Seattle) while the Seahawks and Rams seem to face a tougher final month.”

San Francisco will take on the Tennessee Titans this week, who are currently dead last in Davis’ power rankings. If the 49ers get upset, they’ll tumble down the rankings and could be on the verge of falling out of the playoffs.

A win wouldn’t do anything for their power rankings, unless other teams ahead of them fell out. However, if a few games break the right way for them, they could move up as high as the top spot in the conference by the end of Week 15.
