The Tennessee Titans got their second win of the season on Sunday, defeating the Cleveland Browns 31-29.

The Titans did two things really well on Sunday: They ran the ball well, and they planned for Myles Garrett. Garrett is still looking for the sack record after landing just one on Cam Ward, and Tony Pollard suddenly remembered how to run the ball this week.

The biggest question around the Titans this week is, can they do it again? Both of their wins have come on the road, so it’s not inconceivable that they could pull out another win, as unlikely as it may seem. Each win they achieve affects their draft position, though, so that’s something they’ll have to consider as well.

As we enter Week 15, here’s a look at where the Titans place in a multitude of power rankings.

The team that made last year’s No. 1 pick could really accelerate its rebuild if it also lands atop the ’26 draft … assuming struggling rookie QB Cam Ward takes a quantum leap as a sophomore.

Not that beating the Browns is worthy of a parade, but the Titans got their first legitimate win of the season (the first actual win, over the Cardinals, was the flukiest victory of the NFL this season and maybe this decade). The one downside is draft positioning. According to Tankathon, the Titans went from first in the draft order to third with the win. The Giants would pick first if the season ended today. But there’s a lot of time for that to be settled, and winning is good for the Titans.

The Titans got on the board with Cam Ward getting more help than Sanders in Cleveland. Ward needs to keep flashing late to set up the Titans better for their rebuild.

They won a game, but it hurts their draft position — not ideal

Prayers up to everyone who needed to qualify for their fantasy football playoffs but got waxed by a team that hasn’t updated its roster since Week 4 starting Tony Pollard at running back.

Worst-case scenario: The NFL adopts relegationIt hasn’t been that long since the Titans were good, but they have quickly fallen into anonymity. Even with Sunday’s win, Tennessee is 5-25 since the start of the 2024 season. After winning 23 games in 2020 and 2021, the Titans have won 18 over the last four seasons and are again in the mix for the No. 1 overall pick.

Tennessee found offense in Tony Pollard and dribs and drabs elsewhere. This puts the first overall pick in jeopardy. Cam Ward didn’t exactly thrive against Shedeur Sanders.

The Titans are now 7-26 against the spread since Week 1 of last year. They covered three in a row before the Jacksonville game, but two of those came because of Chimere Dike punt return touchdowns. Tennessee went back to its covering ways against the Browns, who inexplicably forgot how to play defense.

Most shocking statistical ranking: Wide receiver Chimere Dike is first in all-purpose yards

Dike, Bijan Robinson, Jonathan Taylor and Christian McCaffrey might seem like a pretty random group. But that’s the exact order for the top five players in all-purpose yards. The idea that Dike, a rookie fourth-round pick, leads all players with 1,984 yards — 301 more than Robinson — is mind-boggling. He has been a jolt of fresh air for the Titans’ return unit. His 67-yard punt return touchdown on Nov. 2 was the first by a Titans player since 2012. Dike also leads the NFL with 1,322 yards on kickoff returns. Offensively, he has contributed two touchdowns.
