Former Troy receiver signs with Indianapolis Colts

TROY, Ala. (WDHN) — Former Troy wide receiver Landon Parker has signed a deal with the Indianapolis Colts.

This deal was made following the conclusion of the NFL Draft on Saturday.

He will join the Colts this summer for rookie minicamp and will look to make the roster in the fall.

Parker turned a few heads during Troy’s Pro Day earlier this year, when he posted a 4.41 40-yard dash and a nearly 40-inch vertical.

In his two years at Troy, Parker logged 35 catches for over 475 yards and one touchdown

Parker is originally from Concord, North Carolina, and attended Wofford University before transferring to Troy.
