Following another win, the Jacksonville Jaguars are now top 10 in the latest Week 15 NFL power rankings.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have cracked the top 10 in ESPN’s latest Week 15 NFL power rankings.

Following Sunday’s win over the Indianapolis Colts, the Jaguars have now won four consecutive games and sit at 9-4 on the season.

The Jaguars have sole possession of first place in the AFC South and are the three seed in the AFC playoff picture.

After coming in at No. 13 in ESPN’s power rankings last week, the Jaguars made a big jump and are now at No. 8.

The teams ahead of them are the LA Rams, followed by New England, Seattle, Denver, Green Bay, Buffalo, and San Francisco.

An unlikely turning point for the Jaguars in their season has seemingly come after a fourth-quarter collapse against Houston. Since then, the defense has been stingy, while the offense, particularly the passing game, has continued to ascend.

“Houston was good for us,” Liam Coen said. “I do believe that. The end of Houston was good for us and to know that each game is going to be a 60 minute football game and our mindset and mentality has to be that way.

“When you get into December and you’re going to go play some really difficult games on the schedule coming up and every one counts. Very proud of these guys getting to nine wins, but a lot of work to be done.”

This week, the Jaguars are at home again, this time taking on the New York Jets. At 3-10, the Jets are No. 30 in ESPN’s rankings.
