Coming off a rare win, the Tennessee Titans don’t have too many major injury concerns heading into their Week 15 game against the San Francisco 49ers.

The Titans (2-11) visit the 49ers (9-4) at Levi’s Stadium on Dec. 14. Center Lloyd Cushenberry III and cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis are the two biggest names expected to appear on injury reports as the team prepares for its trip out west. This isn’t counting players on injured reserve such as receiver Calvin Ridley, cornerback L’Jarius Sneed and outside linebacker Oluwafemi Oladejo.

Interim Titans coach Mike McCoy will address reporters this week on Wednesday and Friday regarding the statuses of Cushenberry, Armour-Davis and receiver Xavier Restrepo, among others. The Titans also will release injury reports on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and The Tennessean will attend open practice windows on all three days to keep up with who’s on the field and who’s not.

Follow along with live, daily updates on the Titans’ injury statuses before Sunday’s game against the 49ers.

Lloyd Cushenberry III, C, foot

Cushenberry has missed two games with a foot injury, one that also has kept him off the practice field. With Cushenberry hurt, the Titans have turned to veteran Corey Levin as the center, and Levin helped lead the Titans’ offense to their best rushing day in three seasons in Week 14 against Cleveland.

Jalyn Armour-Davis, CB, Achilles

Armour-Davis, the early-season acquisition off waivers, has missed time with an Achilles injury, pushing the Titans’ already ailing cornerback room further into roster crisis. Without Armour-Davis, the options at cornerback consist of Darrell Baker Jr., Marcus Harris, Kaiir Elam and Micah Robinson. The Titans allowed a seasons-high 351 passing yards against Cleveland, although much of that is related to the Titans playing with a lead for the first time all season.

Xavier Restrepo, WR, ankle

Restrepo hurt his ankle in Week 13 against Jacksonville and did not practice or play the following week. Because Restrepo is on the practice squad, his name is not required to be mentioned on injury reports throughout the week.

Elic Ayomanor, WR, hamstring

Ayomanor missed time in November with a hamstring injury, but ended up missing only one game and has since returned to action in games.

Amani Hooker, S, rib

Hooker left a game in early December with a rib injury, but the injury did not prevent him from playing the following week.

Chig Okonkwo, TE, foot

Okonkwo has been on the injury report for the past month with a foot injury, but the injury hasn’t prevented him from playing in games.

Xavier Woods, S, hamstring

Woods has been on the injury report for the last month with a hamstring injury, and thought it kept him off the field for two games after the bye week, he has since returned to play back-to-back games.

Which Titans are on injured reserve?

The Titans have receivers Calvin Ridley and Bryce Oliver, outside linebacker Oluwafemi Oladejo, cornerback L’Jarius Sneed, outside linebacker Ali Gaye and offensive lineman Blake Hance on injured reserve. Ridley has been ruled out for the season.
