When it comes to fashion design, Olivia Culpo is hardly watching from the sidelines.

Just in time for NFL playoff season, the star teamed up with Abercrombie & Fitch on a new line of elevated San Francisco 49ers merch designed to “stand the test of time.”

“Football in general, to me, feels nostalgic,” she tells Page Six Style. “It brings you back to a place and a time in your life.”

Given she’s married to famed running back Christian McCaffrey, the sport plays a big role in her present day, too. She’s a regular at her beloved team’s games — though she tells us her spectating style looks a little different now that she’s a mom.

“I feel like my wardrobe in general is more streamlined,” she says. “I like to just have a uniform, if you will. It’s so much easier to get dressed.”

In addition to the “great quality” Vegan Leather Bomber Jacket and “very cozy” Sunday Mockneck Crew from her new collab, that uniform also heavily features the brand’s Low Rise Ultra Loose Jeans, which she buys in bulk.

“I have [them] in every color and size because when I was pregnant and growing, I kept needing to size up,” says the model, who welcomed her daughter, Colette, in July.

And when it comes to her game-day glam, Culpo reaches for “staples” like Charlotte Tilbury’s Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray and celebrity makeup artist Mary Phillips’ new m.ph Lip Ciggy Sheer Lipstick Balms, the latter of which she calls “so hydrating.”

But beyond crafting a look, her favorite NFL-related ritual just might be bonding with her fellow 49ers wives, from Kristin Juszczyk to Claire Kittle.

“We have the best [WAGs] in my opinion,” she says. “You really feel that DNA within the team. It’s a really great community to be a part of … the 49ers means so much to so many people.”

While that community includes some unexpected famous fans — including Lil Wayne, as she notes — Culpo tells us she dreams of dressing a different kind of WAG in her Abercrombie collab: Victoria Beckham. (“Who wouldn’t want Posh Spice in any of their creations?” she quips.)

And while the acronym referring to athletes’ wives and girlfriends has weathered its fair share of discourse over the years, Culpo is proud to call herself a WAG.

“I feel like this could be controversial, but the term WAG doesn’t really bother me that much. Being a wife, being a mother, that’s a huge job. I argue that that’s the hardest job,” she says.

“I’m happy to see women supporting the people that they care about, and all the heart and soul that their companions put on that field. There’s a lot of grit, and they need that support.”
