NASHVILLE – The Titans selected UCLA edge rusher Oluwafemi Oladejo in the second round of Friday night’s NFL Draft.
Oladejo (6-3, 259) was selected with the 52nd overall pick.
Oladejo tallied 57 tackles, 13.5 tackles for a loss, 4.5 sacks and six quarterback hurries for the Bruins in 2024, when he started all 12 games. He earned the Kenny Clark Award for the most outstanding defensive lineman at a year-end team banquet.
Oladejo started two games at inside linebacker before moving to the edge spot.
“The move to edge was one that was for the team, and I believe my potential is still very high,” Oladejo said on a conference call with Nashville media after being selected. “I believe I have a lot to achieve.
“(I) want to come in and help the team immediately, whether it’s through special teams, a rotational player, and just being a guy who can produce and help the team win.”
