The Philadelphia Eagles issued their third and final official injury report in advance of their Week 15 home game against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Two players were ruled OUT: Jalen Carter and Lane Johnson.

Carter will miss his second straight start. The Eagles will roll with Moro Ojomo, Jordan Davis, Bryon Young, Brandon Graham playing more often on the interior, and Ty Robinson at defensive tackle. The Eagles were largely able to take advantage of the Los Angeles Chargers’ bad offensive line in Week 14. They should be expected to do so again against a bad Raiders offensive line on Sunday.

There was originally some hope that Lane Johnson might be able to play in Week 15 (otherwise the Eagles could’ve just put him on injured reserve when he first got hurt) but he didn’t practice this week. Maybe he has a chance to return in Week 16.

The Eagles ruled one player QUESTIONABLE: Cameron Williams.

Williams was a full participant in practice the past two days after the team opened his 21-day window to return from injured reserve on Thursday. The guess here is the Eagles aren’t rushing to activate him for Sunday’s game. The team has until 4:00 PM Eastern on Saturday, December 13 to activate him or not if they want him to be available against the Raiders.

Fred Johnson, Landon Dickerson, Zack Baun, and Charley Hughlett are all listed without a game status.

This means they’re ready to play despite appearing on the injury report this week.

Fred Johnson was upgraded to full go on Friday after unexpectedly being added to Thursday’s report with an ankle injury. And so he’ll once again start at right tackle in place of an injured Lane Johnson. Big test for Big Fred as he goes up against Maxx Crosby.

Dickerson was back in full on Friday after resting on Thursday.

Baun was full go all week.

The Eagles officially activated Hughlett from injured reserve to be their long snapper. They waived Cal Adomitis earlier this week and he went unclaimed.

RESERVE/RETIRED

CB Jaire Alexander
EDGE Za’Darius Smith

Smith unexpectedly retired from football on October 13. Alexander was placed on this list on November 12.

EDGE Azeez Ojulari
EDGE Ogbo Okoronkwo
FB Ben VanSumeren

The Eagles opened Williams’ 21-day practice window to return from IR on December 11. Ojulari is currently eligible to return from IR. Mukuba is eligible to return from IR after Week 16 (TBD if he’ll be healthy enough to play again this season). The practice windows to return from IR were previously opened for Lampkin and Hinton but the Eagles did not activate them before they closed, thus ending their seasons. BVS, Wilson, and Okoronkwo suffered season-ending injuries.

LAS VEGAS RAIDERS INJURY REPORT (FRIDAY)

The Raiders ruled three players OUT: starting quarterback Geno Smith, starting left tackle Kolton Miller, and depth wide receiver Alex Bachman.

Smith’s absence means Eagles Super Bowl LIX champion Kenny Pickett will start against his former team. Vic Fangio’s defense should be expected to significantly limit Pickett.

Miller’s absence means the Raiders will continue to start Stone Forsythe at left tackle. He’s allowed a league-high 10 sacks of any tackle this season.

Bachman has been the Raiders’ primary punt returner this season.

The Raiders ruled three players QUESTIONABLE: starting nickel cornerback Jeremy Chinn, starting center Jordan Meredith, and third tight end Ian Thomas.

Chinn missed practice on Wednesday before being limited on Thursday and Friday.

Meredith was full go in practice all week.

Thomas was upgraded in practice each day.
