Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is going to be a dad.

Allen’s wife, Hailee Steinfeld, announced the news on Friday. Steinfeld, a famous actress and singer, revealed the information in her Beau Society Substack newsletter.

In the video, Allen is seen kissing Steinfeld’s stomach. It ends with the couple holding hands while panning to a small snowman. The pregnancy news was part of a round-up of her 29 favorite moments from the past year in honor of her 29th birthday.

Shortly after sharing the video in her newsletter, Steinfeld posted it on her Instagram account.

Allen commented on the video with the message, “I love you.”

Allen and Steinfeld began dating in 2023 and were married in May of 2025.

Steinfeld, known for her roles in Hawkeye, Pitch Perfect 2, True Grit and Sinners, did not hide the fact that she hoped to have children with Allen. In an interview with Bustle, Steinfeld wasted no time when asked about starting a family.

“Of course,” Steinfeld said.

Steinfeld has embraced Buffalo since meeting Allen. She has attended multiple Bills games and often shares photos wearing team apparel.

Allen, the NFL’s reigning MVP, and the Bills are in the midst of a 9-4 campaign. The team currently holds one of the AFC’s Wild Card spots and will look to keep its hopes of another AFC East title alive when the team heads to New England to play the Patriots (11-2) on Sunday.
