The San Francisco 49ers are well-rested after a week off, and now they’ll host the Tennessee Titans at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday for a pivotal Week 15 matchup.

Ahead of the game, the 49ers announced a pair of roster moves on Saturday, as they’ve elevated linebacker Jalen Graham and defensive lineman Sebastian Valdez from the practice squad.

Graham, 24, has been with the 49ers for the last three years, recording 10 tackles in 14 games played. This is his third and final elevation from the practice squad this year. With San Francisco missing Fred Warner, Tatum Bethune and Nick Martin at linebacker, Graham will be fifth on the depth chart and will likely get opportunities on special teams.

Valdez, 23, signed with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent out of Washington this past offseason. In his lone season with the Huskies, he recorded 48 tackles and two sacks in 13 games. This is his first elevation of the year.
