1. New England Patriots (11-2, AFC East; 950 odds to make the Super Bowl; +20000 odds to make playoffs)

2. Denver Broncos (11-2, AFC West; 950; +15000)

3. Jacksonville Jaguars (9-4, AFC South; 1800; -10000)

4. Pittsburgh Steelers (7-6, AFC North; 8000; -185)

The Jacksonville Jaguars, under head coach Liam Cohen, have exceeded all expectations this season but have struggled to find the respect from fans and analysts alike, despite high-profile wins over Kansas City, San Francisco, and Sunday’s 36-19 win over the Colts. A rematch against Indianapolis and a showdown with Denver make up two of its last four games of the year. A win in either, and victories over the hapless Jets and Titans, should be enough to cash their ticket back to the postseason.

5. Buffalo Bills (9-4; 900; -10000)

6. Los Angeles Chargers (8-4; 3500; -185)

7. Houston Texans (8-5; 1300; -2000)

Watch out for the Texans. Houston’s defense has not allowed more than 19 points in any of its last four games, and Sunday night against the defending AFC champion Chiefs, it limited Patrick Mahomes and Co. to 10 while picking off the former Super Bowl and league MVP three times. One would hope to see more out of their offense, but if they can continue to limit offenses as they have, DeMeco Ryans’ squad could be the darkhorse in the Wild Card spot.

8. Indianapolis Colts (8-5; 13000; 225)

9. Baltimore Ravens (6-7; 4000; 185)

10. Kansas City Chiefs (6-7; 5000; 390)

11. Miami Dolphins (6-7; 100000; 6500)

12. Cincinnati Bengals (4-9; 18000; 1300)

It will be incredibly difficult for any of the teams in the hunt to actually make the postseason, especially considering the upward momentum the teams above them in the standings possess. Indianapolis would be the team with the greatest likelihood, but are suddenly faced with the unenviable task of digging themselves out of a hole and back into the postseason without their starting quarterback, Daniel Jones, who suffered a torn Achilles Sunday afternoon in the loss to Jacksonville.

14. Cleveland Browns (3-10)

15. Las Vegas Raiders (2-10)

16. Tennessee Titans (2-11)
