As the Tennessee Titans head west for their Week 15 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, they have some nagging injury questions that could impact their performance on Sunday. 

The Titans have three starting offensive linemen, Dan Moore Jr., Kevin Zeitler, and Lloyd Cushenberry, listed as questionable on the injury report heading into the contest and could need some reinforcements. With that situation at hand, the Titans dipped into their practice squad to add some depth.

On Saturday, Tennessee used a standard elevation to make offensive tackle John Ojukwu active for Sunday’s matchup, leading to some speculation about the availability of Moore, who is currently battling a neck injury. 

Ojukwu saw some action in 2025 when tackle JC Latham missed time with a hip injury, and is an experienced tackle who can add some depth. 

The Titans will kick off on Sunday afternoon against the 49ers at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.Â
