The Carolina Panthers‘ path to a division title got much shorter on Thursday night, thanks to a 29-28 win by the Atlanta Falcons. Now, for the first time in a decade, they’ll step onto a field in December atop the NFC South all by themselves.
But can the Panthers stay up there?
To do so, and go up a full game on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, they must get through the New Orleans Saints. And despite their 3-10 record, these pesky underdogs still have plenty of bite.
