The Miami Dolphins had everything working last week against the New York Jets. Three different players scored first quarter touchdowns and rookie Ollie Gordon II tacked on one more in the fourth quarter.

The path to success for Miami in that game was a heavy dose of the run game, even after De’Von Achane exited with a ribs injury. That could be the same formula used by the Dolphins when they face a Pittsburgh Steelers defense that gave up over 200 rushing yards in each of the last two weeks.

Here’s our pick for the Dolphins player who could be the best bet to score against the Steelers Monday night:

De’Von Achane anytime TD: -120

It’s low-hanging fruit, but sometimes that’s the best path to a win for a reason.

The Steelers have allowed 466 yards rushing over the last two games, and Achane is a threat to score as a rusher or a receiver. On the season, Achane has seven rushing touchdowns and four touchdown receptions. He has scored in two consecutive games and three of the last four.

The Dolphins need to win this game to have even a remote chance of staying in playoff contention. Leaning on Achane, as they have done all season, is their best course of action on Monday Night Football.
