Panthers vs. Buccaneers picks against the spreadTyler Dragon: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-3)

The winner of this game takes control of the NFC South. I trust the Bucs more than I trust the Panthers.

Jon Hoefling: Carolina Panthers (+3)

The Bucs are playing some of their worst football of the season, and while the Panthers have been wildly inconsistent, they have still shown recent flashes of being better than Tampa Bay.

Jordan Mendoza: Carolina Panthers (+3)

First place in the NFC South on the line. Tampa Bay in theory is the better team, but you never know what version of Carolina is going to show up. With the stakes high, it’s a close one.

Blake Schuster: Carolina Panthers (+3)

Carolina is 3-1 ATS as a home underdog and I see no reason to fade that trend against a Bucs team that hasn’t covered in seven weeks.

Christopher Bumbaca: Carolina Panthers (+3)

Neither of these teams are good and it’s because their quarterbacks are highly inconsistent. So I’ll ride with the home team on this one.

Richard Morin: Carolina Panthers (+3)

I have concerns about the Panthers’ running game, but with both teams at 7-7, expect this to be a dogfight with massive NFC South ramifications. Hard to see this being decided by more than a field goal.
