The Houston Texans released their 2025 schedule this week, which featured some intriguing matchups for the upcoming season.
Houston will open the season on the road against the Los Angeles Rams before returning home for a Monday Night Football showdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Texans will then take on the No. 1 and No. 2 overall pick in Cam Ward and Travis Hunter in back-to-back weeks to close out September.

The Texans will play in four prime-time games, including a game on ESPN+ against Seattle on the road. They’ll also hit the road against the Kansas City Chiefs in December for Sunday Night Football following a Thursday Night Football showdown against the Buffalo Bills in late November.
They will also face the Indianapolis Colts and Los Angeles Chargers as potential standalone games in Weeks 17 and 18. Houston will also have an early bye this year after having to play 13 games in a row in 2024.
