There were two big changes made to the Indianapolis Colts’ second Week 16 injury report.
First, Alec Pierce was listed as limited on Thursday with an Achilles injury. However, on Friday, he was upgraded to being a full participant. That is often a good sign for the upcoming game.

Pierce is averaging a whopping 20.1 yards per catch this season, but his role within the offense has expanded. He’s now being asked to attack other levels of the field more often, and he’s doing so in a variety of ways.
Quenton Nelson (wrist), however, went from being a full participant on Thursday to limited on Friday. Nelson plays through just about everything, but this is worth monitoring.
A good sign for the Colts is that DeForest Buckner (neck) was a full participant for the second consecutive day.
This is Buckner’s second week back at practice since being designated to return from injured reserve.
Josh Downs (personal) and Germaine Pratt (personal) were both full participants after being out on Thursday.

Still not practicing were Sauce Gardner (calf), Anthony Gould (foot), and Bernhard Raimann (elbow).
Daniel Scott (knee) was a full participant, and Anthony Richardson (eye) was again limited. Both returned to practice from IR on Thursday.
Grover Stewart had a vet rest day, while Ameer Abdullah (knee) was a full participant for the second day.
