With the post-draft wave of free agency underway and more than a few quality free agents still available, NFL teams still have the chance to add solid depth pieces to their rosters that could make an impact in 2025.
Of course, they can only make these moves if they have the salary cap space to accommodate these veterans. With only three draft choices left to sign, the Tennessee Titans have enough space to add a player or two to the roster. They could also extend a current player if they view them as a long-term option.

Based on numbers from Over the Cap, the Titans have a little over $38 million in salary cap space heading into the summer months of OTAs and team development. This number aligns with the social media breakdown posted by NFL Rumors, showing Tennessee having the fourth most available cap space at $38.1 million.
With remaining needs at linebacker, edge, or even cornerback, Tennessee could add a veteran or two before the start of training camp. They could also turn their attention to veterans on expiring contracts after the 2025 season. The Titans have several pending free agents, some of whom played significant roles in Nashville.
Safety Amani Hooker, edge Arden Key, cornerback Roger McCreary, and tight end Chig Okonkwo headline the list of 38 potential free agents as they sit here in May. It’s unlikely that all 38 players will make the 53-man roster to open the season, but a significant portion will, and in some cases, they could price themselves out of Nashville with a solid performance in 2025.
