Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love suffered a concussion during Saturday’s game against the Bears after taking a hard hit to the head from Chicago defender Austin Booker in the second quarter.
Love remained on the ground following the play before jogging off the field and into the blue medical tent on the vistor’s sideline at Soldier Field. After a brief stay in the tent, Love exited for the locker room.
The Packers officially ruled out Love for the remainder of Saturday’s game after halftime.
Booker was flagged for unnecessary roughness for the helmet-to-helmet hit.
Malik Willis, who went 2-0 as a starter last year in relief of Love, took over at QB for Green Bay.
