Bills defensive tackle Jordan Phillips (ankle), kicker Matt Prater (right quad), and offensive tackle Chase Lundt (knee) have been ruled out for today’s game against the Browns, while defensive back Cam Lewis (hamstring) and wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr. (calf) are considered questionable, according to Bills head coach Sean McDermott.
