Russell Wilson, one of the newest members of the New York Giants, has made himself well-accustomed to the city’s sports scene.
After Wilson signed a one-year deal with the NFC team in the offseason, he made the move to New York. Before deciding to join the Giants, Wilson played one season with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

On Sunday, Wilson showed his face in front of New York fans, sitting courtside at the New York Liberty game.
The official social media account of the New York Liberty posted a video of Wilson greeting the crowd, shouting out the Giants quarterback.
After sharing the post, Wilson’s wife, Ciara, added the video to her Instagram Story, reacting the Giant’s quarterback attending the game with four heart emojis.

In the New York Liberty game, which Russell Wilson sat courtside for, they earned a 92-78 victory over A’ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces.
Breanna Stewart led the way for the Liberty, posting 25 points, eight rebounds and three assists.

Natasha Cloud also showed out in her first game with the Liberty, finishing off the win over Las Vegas with 22 points, six rebounds and nine assists.
Jonquel Jones, one of the most talented centers in the league, capped off her first game of the season with 17 points, 10 rebound and six assists.

Russell Wilson will now look to make an impact on the New York Giants, bringing more success to the NYC sports scene.
Last season, under head coach Brian Daboll, the Giants went 3-14.
