The NFL is playing ball on Christmas Day this Thursday to kick off Week 17.
And the second game of the tripleheader features the Detroit Lions visiting the Minnesota Vikings in an NFC North Division battle.
The Lions and Vikings start time will be 4:30 p.m. ET from Minneapolis, with the TV channel being none − unless you’re in the local Detroit or Minneapolis area − the game will be streaming on Netflix. The game will be broadcasted locally on the Lions Radio Network and nationally on Westwood One.
The Vikings (7-8) pulled a startling 27-24 upset of the Lions in Week 9 on Nov. 2 at Ford Field in Detroit, part of a lose one, win one stretch for the Lions that lasted 10 games until they lost a second straight game Sunday − their first losing streak in more than three years.
The Lions (8-7) have won two in a row at Minnesota over the past two seasons, but are coming off two straight tough losses, including a wacky 29-24 defeat to Pittsburgh on Sunday in Week 16.

The Lions and Vikings first met in 1961, a 37-10 win by Detroit at Metropolitan Stadium in Bloomington, Minnesota.
