Editor’s note: Every week, Chad Graff and Josh Kendall rank and analyze all 32 teams from first to worst.

Ten teams have already clinched playoff berths, but a lot remains up in the air after some crazy finishes in Week 16. With two weeks of the regular season remaining, the race for the top seed in each conference is still wide open, while seven divisions (all but the NFC East, which the Eagles already won) are up for grabs.

There’s still plenty to keep coaches and fan bases up at night while refreshing our playoff simulator, so in this week’s power rankings, we look at one serious concern for all 32 teams.

1. Seattle Seahawks (12-3)

Last week: 3

Thursday: Beat Rams 38-37 (OT)

One concern: Sam Darnold’s turnovers

Darnold made some amazing throws in Thursday’s huge win and has been really good this season. But he ranks second in the NFL in turnover percentage (3.8), trailing only J.J. McCarthy of the Vikings. The Seahawks have so much going for them, but Darnold needs to take care of the ball down the stretch.

Up next: at Panthers, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

2. Los Angeles Rams (11-4)

Last week: 1

Thursday: Lost to Seahawks 38-37 (OT)

One concern: Special teams

It’s not often Super Bowl favorites fire a coordinator with only two games left, but that’s what the Rams did with special teams coordinator Chase Blackburn after losing the Thursday night thriller. Los Angeles ranks last in the NFL in expected points added from special teams, and it’s one of the few areas that could hold this team back.

Up next: at Falcons, Monday, 8:15 p.m. ET

3. New England Patriots (12-3)

Last week: 5

Sunday: Beat Ravens 28-24

One concern: The run defense

Nearly everything has broken right for the Patriots as Mike Vrabel has flipped the fortunes of this team that won just four games a season ago. But one of its faults is a run defense that ranks 29th in the league in EPA per rush since Week 8.

4. Buffalo Bills (11-4)

Last week: 4

Sunday: Beat Browns 23-20

One concern: The run defense

This group of wide receivers isn’t going to scare teams, but the Bills’ biggest concern is a run defense that ranks 31st in the NFL in EPA per rush. With Josh Allen and James Cook playing well, that’s what could really hold this team back as the playoffs near.

Up next: vs. Eagles, Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET

5. Jacksonville Jaguars (11-4)

Last week: 9

Sunday: Beat Broncos 34-20

One concern: Their running game

The defense has been great, Trevor Lawrence is on fire and the passing offense has vastly improved since the Jags acquired Jakobi Meyers before the trade deadline, so this is nitpicking. But the offense ranks 26th in rushing success rate since Week 8. Still, Jacksonville has won six straight and clinched a playoff berth with the Colts’ loss.

Up next: at Colts, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

6. San Francisco 49ers (11-4)

Last week: 6

Monday: Beat Colts 48-27

One concern: Will punter Thomas Morstead be rusty?

With their offense rolling, the 49ers haven’t punted since Nov. 30, a span covering 20 drives. In all seriousness, if there are concerns, it’s probably the health issues that have piled up, including an ankle injury for tight end George Kittle on Monday night. But it’s hard to ask for much more from this team that has survived — and thrived — through so many injuries.

Up next: vs. Bears, Sunday, 8:20 p.m. ET

7. Denver Broncos (12-3)

Last week: 2

Sunday: Lost to Jaguars 34-20

One concern: The defense (really)

Quietly, the Broncos defense has slipped in a big way. Through the first 10 weeks of the season, Denver ranked third in defensive EPA per play. Since then, it ranks 26th. A get-right game awaits, though, against quarterback Chris Oladokun and the Chiefs on Thursday.

Up next: at Chiefs, Thursday, 8:15 p.m. ET

8. Chicago Bears (11-4)

Last week: 10

Saturday: Beat Packers 22-16 (OT)

One concern: Will the magic run out?

Caleb Williams’ game-winning pass to DJ Moore was incredible. Ben Johnson’s postgame speeches in the locker room are becoming must-watch. But at some point, will the magic run out if Williams waits until the fourth quarter to don his cape? And while the defense ranks 28th in yards per play allowed?

Up next: at 49ers, Sunday, 8:20 p.m. ET

9. Houston Texans (10-5)

Last week: 7

Sunday: Beat Raiders 23-21

One concern: The O-line

Over the last four games, the Texans have allowed a pressure rate of 40.7 percent, which ranks 22nd in the league during that span. But they’ve found success despite that, rattling off seven straight wins heading into a big game this weekend.

Up next: at Chargers, Saturday, 4:30 p.m. ET

Justin Herbert #10 of the Los Angeles Chargers celebrates after scoring a touchdown against the Dallas Cowboys during a game at AT&T Stadium on Dec. 21.

10. Los Angeles Chargers (11-4)

Last week: 11

Sunday: Beat Cowboys 34-17

One concern: The offensive tackles

This is an easy one. The Chargers have a good quarterback and a strong defense and are legit contenders in the AFC. But with backups at left and right tackle, there are still plenty of questions about the offensive line, even though it didn’t allow a sack to the Cowboys on Sunday.

Up next: vs. Texans, Saturday, 4:30 p.m. ET

11. Philadelphia Eagles (10-5)

Last week: 12

Saturday: Beat Commanders 29-18

One concern: Lack of offensive consistency

The Eagles have put up impressive numbers since Nick Sirianni said he became more involved in the offense, scoring 31 last week and 29 on Saturday. But those performances came against the Raiders and Commanders. Is their offensive turnaround legit or a byproduct of playing bad teams?

Up next: at Bills, Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET

12. Green Bay Packers (9-5-1)

Last week: 8

Saturday: Lost to Bears 22-16 (OT)

One concern: Health

Two games ago, the Packers lost Micah Parsons. Last week, they played their bitter rivals without quarterback Jordan Love in the second half because of a big hit that led to his concussion. When Green Bay is rolling, it has looked great, but this is a team that has had terrible injury luck this season.

Up next: vs. Ravens, Saturday, 8 p.m. ET

13. Pittsburgh Steelers (9-6)

Last week: 14

Sunday: Beat Lions 29-24

One concern: A Tomlin trap game?

The Steelers pulled out a thrilling victory to cement another season with a record over .500. Under coach Mike Tomlin, however, they always seem so good in the games you don’t expect them to win, only to then struggle against lesser opponents. Now they’ll head to Cleveland this week with a chance to clinch the division.

Up next: at Browns, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

14. Carolina Panthers (8-7)

Last week: 17

Sunday: Beat Buccaneers 23-20

One concern: Where’d the running game go?

Through the first 10 weeks of the season, the Panthers offense ranked 10th in EPA per rush. Since then, it ranks 24th. The win on Sunday was impressive (and important), but Rico Dowdle managed just 29 yards on nine carries — and was still the team’s leading rusher.

15. Detroit Lions (8-7)

Last week: 13

Sunday: Lost to Steelers 29-24

One concern: How do they fix the defense?

For all the concern about how Detroit would fare after losing offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, it has been the defense that has fallen apart this season. The offense remains one of the game’s best, but the defense ranks 26th in EPA per play since Week 8.

Up next: at Vikings, Thursday, 4:30 p.m. ET

16. Indianapolis Colts (8-7)

Last week: 18

Monday: Lost to 49ers 48-27

One concern: Where’d the running game go?

Jonathan Taylor hasn’t rushed for 100 yards in a game since Nov. 9. The Colts had gone from the No. 1 rushing team in the league over the first nine weeks of the season (based on EPA per rush) to 18th before Taylor managed only 46 yards on 16 carries Monday night.

Up next: vs. Jaguars, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

17. Baltimore Ravens (7-8)

Last week: 15

Sunday: Lost to Patriots 28-24

One concern: Lamar Jackson’s health

This season, Jackson has dealt with injuries to his hamstring, knee, ankle, toe and now a back injury that forced him to miss the second half of Sunday night’s game. When he’s not healthy, this team hasn’t looked right.

Up next: at Packers, Saturday, 8 p.m. ET

18. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-8)

Last week: 16

Sunday: Lost to Panthers 23-20

One concern: What happened to Baker Mayfield?

Earlier this season, Mayfield was a trendy MVP pick. He ranked sixth in EPA per play through the first seven weeks of the season. Since then, he ranks 29th in the category, one spot behind Cam Ward. He completed 18 of 26 passes for just 145 yards with a touchdown and an interception Sunday.

Up next: at Dolphins, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

19. Minnesota Vikings (7-8)

Last week: 19

Sunday: Beat Giants 16-13

One concern: J.J. McCarthy’s health

Just as the young quarterback was beginning to show signs of progress, he suffered another injury, this one to his throwing hand. It’s hard to improve when you’re constantly sidelined. His injury overshadowed a victory in which the Vikings dominated defensively.

Up next: vs. Lions, Thursday, 4:30 p.m. ET

20. Dallas Cowboys (6-8-1)

Last week: 20

Sunday: Lost to Chargers 34-17

One concern: The entire defense

A move to the press box for defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus didn’t do anything to improve the play of his unit, which allowed 452 yards of offense on Sunday. Jerry Jones dismissed the idea of a coordinator change over the last two weeks of the season, but a move there on the Monday after the season ends wouldn’t surprise anyone.

Up next: at Commanders, Thursday, 1 p.m. ET

21. Atlanta Falcons (6-9)

Last week: 23

Sunday: Beat Cardinals 26-19

One concern: What do they do with Kyle Pitts?

It took until his rookie contract was nearly complete, but the tight end — the fourth pick in the 2021 draft — is finally starting to live up to his lofty expectations. On Sunday, five of his seven catches went for first downs or touchdowns, and he now has four touchdowns in the last two weeks. His status in free agency will be interesting to follow.

22. Cincinnati Bengals (5-10)

Last week: 26

Sunday: Beat Dolphins 45-21

One concern: Once again, the defense

Last season, the Bengals ranked 27th in defensive EPA per play, prompting a switch at defensive coordinator. This season, they rank 29th. Is more change coming after Week 18?

Up next: vs. Cardinals, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

23. Miami Dolphins (6-9)

Last week: 21

Sunday: Lost to Bengals 45-21

One concern: The quarterback

Quinn Ewers had some nice moments in his first NFL start, but he also threw two interceptions and finished with a 66.0 passer rating. Offseason questions loom about what the Dolphins will do after benching Tua Tagovailoa.

Up next: vs. Buccaneers, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

24. New Orleans Saints (5-10)

Last week: 24

Sunday: Beat Jets 29-6

One concern: A tumbling first-round draft pick

The Saints have likely cost themselves a top-five pick by winning three straight. But who cares? In the process, they may have found their quarterback of the future in Tyler Shough (who threw for 308 yards Sunday) and look to be building something with coach Kellen Moore as this season nears an end.

Up next: at Titans, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

25. Kansas City Chiefs (6-9)

Last week: 22

Sunday: Lost to Titans 26-9

One concern: How much did Patrick Mahomes cover up?

Everyone knows Mahomes is incredible. But seeing what the Chiefs look like without him was pretty revealing. There’s a lot that’s wrong with the Chiefs right now, and it could be a while before Mahomes is back to help cover it up.

Up next: vs. Broncos, Thursday, 8:15 p.m. ET

26. Washington Commanders (4-11)

Last week: 25

Saturday: Lost to Eagles 29-18

One concern: Jayden Daniels’ health

Washington will be without its quarterback for the rest of the season after shutting him down after an injury-filled campaign. Without him, there’s not a lot of excitement surrounding this team beyond the changes that will come to the roster this offseason.

Up next: vs. Cowboys, Thursday, 1 p.m. ET

27. Arizona Cardinals (3-12)

Last week: 27

Sunday: Lost to Falcons 26-19

One concern: Kyler Murray’s contract

The Cardinals have a 73 percent chance of landing a top-five draft pick, which might prove significant as they enter an offseason of uncertainty at quarterback. Where does Arizona go from here?

Up next: at Bengals, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

28. Tennessee Titans (3-12)

Last week: 30

Sunday: Beat Chiefs 26-9

One concern: Picking the right head coach

Cam Ward has quietly had some really nice moments as his difficult rookie season rolls on. The offensive line is improving. There are reasons for hope in Tennessee. Now, the Titans just have to land the right coach.

Up next: vs. Saints, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

Cam Ward averaged his quickest time to throw of the season (2.42 seconds) in the Titans’ Week 16 win over the Chiefs.

29. Cleveland Browns (3-12)

Last week: 31

Sunday: Lost to Bills 23-20

One concern: Quinshon Judkins’ injury

It’s hard to pick just one concern for the Browns, but the sight of Judkins being carted off with a cast on his dislocated ankle was a tough one for a fan base that has endured a lot of bad moments. Judkins was one of the few remaining reasons to still watch the Browns this season.

Up next: vs. Steelers, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

30. New York Jets (3-12)

Last week: 28

Sunday: Lost to Saints 29-6

One concern: Quarterback

How do you pick just one for the Jets? There are loads of concerns after another disastrous season. Brady Cook is about to make his third start, even after averaging 5.3 yards per attempt Sunday with an interception on a day the team totaled just 195 yards of offense and didn’t score a touchdown.

Up next: vs. Patriots, Sunday, 1 p.m. ET

31. New York Giants (2-13)

Last week: 29

Sunday: Lost to Vikings 16-13

One concern: Is Jaxson Dart regressing?

Through all the pain of this season, the Giants could at least hold onto the hope that was Dart. Through his first seven starts, he ranked 11th among quarterbacks in EPA per play. Since then, he ranks 28th. Sunday was his worst game yet, completing just 7 of 13 passes for 33 yards with an interception.

Up next: at Raiders, Sunday, 4:05 p.m. ET

32. Las Vegas Raiders (2-13)

Last week: 32

Sunday: Lost to Texans 23-21

One concern: This Sunday’s game

Maybe this is too simplistic, but the Raiders need to lose Sunday. The Giants have their quarterback. If New York lands the No. 1 pick, it can trade back and load up on picks. But Las Vegas needs the No. 1 pick to get a QB and begin a hard reset.
