Detroit Lions star receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown popped up on the Lions’ initial injury report ahead of the franchise’s Christmas Day date at the Minnesota Vikings (7-8).
The Lions (8-7) are trying to keep their slim playoff hopes alive by avenging a loss from earlier this season against their NFC North rivals.

St. Brown potentially being out against the Vikings would be a massive development for an already incredibly banged-up Detroit squad. The Lions’ initial injury report featured estimated designations, as the Monday practice was just a walkthrough.
But, St. Brown was one of a trio of Lions that were listed with “did not practice” designations on the first injury report.
Lions head coach Dan Campbell commented on St. Brown’s status in his Monday media availability.
“Not sure. We’ll know more a little bit later, but this is just something that just popped up when he came in today. So, hopeful this is something that’s just some type of irritation from the game. That’s what I’m hoping, but I’ll know more. I’ll know more tonight,” Campbell said.
