The star for the Buffalo Bills against the Cleveland Browns was found on defense via Greg Rousseau.
The Bills (11-4) won a 23-20 final over the Browns (3-12) in Week 16. It was much closer than many expected, but Rousseau put the finishing touches on the win.
Rousseau had a huge fourth quarter for Buffalo in a game that resulted in two tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks for the pass rusher. A clutch effort, one that Rousseau ended up downplaying his production. .
“Just doing my job, just trying to do my one-eleventh,” Rousseau said. “I’m not caught up in all the stats and stuff, it is what it is, I’m just trying to go hard. I’m happy I can help the team win.”
Head coach Sean McDermott was not afraid to give praise.
“That was huge. We needed that from Greg,” McDermott said via video conference. “We felt like we had a chance to get after [the Browns’] O-line today.”
