The Baltimore Ravens and Lamar Jackson may end up moving in different directions.

It’s something that really only has started to bubble to the surface in recent days. Jackson trade rumors would’ve seemed outlandish not long ago. Now, people are buying in.
Jackson is looking at massive contract implications in the years ahead, and this season has been brutal and injury-filled. Maybe the Ravens could really make a move.
If they do, it sounds like a couple teams could be in the picture.
Baltimore Sun columnist Mike Preston laid out the possibilities in a new article on Thursday — the Miami Dolphins and Las Vegas Raiders.
“The Ravens should look at possible trades, which could net them two or three first-round picks,” Preston writes. “Jackson would love to play in Miami, where quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is no longer the starter, or possibly Las Vegas, where (Tom) Brady, a partial owner of the Raiders, has shown a fondness for him. Baltimore should also draft a young quarterback in the early rounds.”

The idea of drafting a QB was floated by ESPN writers this week, too. They referenced how the Packers drafted Jordan Love as the heir apparent to Aaron Rodgers a few years before they eventually moved on from Rodgers.
Jackson is just 3-5 in his playoff career, which clashes in his overall vibe compared to his two MVP awards.
What’s going to happen? No one really knows.
But it sounds like the options are more varied than they’ve ever been before.
