It hasn’t been a great season for the Las Vegas Raiders’ defense, but it has been good in a very key area — it has gotten more than its share of tackles for losses.
Sunday, at the Houston Texans , Las Vegas recorded five tackles for loss. They accomplished that feat, according to the team’s public relations department, for the 11th time in 15 games. Only the Cleveland Browns have had more with 12 than Las Vegas in the entire league.
That’s a pretty cool stat and it is a real impact. The Raiders’ tackle-for-loss prowess, of course, is powered by star defensive end Maxx Crosby. He has set a team record for tackles for loss and has been the best at in in the entire NFL since entering the league in 2025.
