How will the Green Bay Packers move on from a dispiriting loss to the Chicago Bears?

“You just have to suck it up. Wins and losses, you have to take them — it’s just how it is,” defensive lineman Nazir Stackhouse told FOX 11 Sports Director Ryan Wing in the latest FOX 11 One on One interview.

The rookie described the Packers’ response to Saturday night’s game.

“It’s behind us. We’re taught to live in the now, live in the present, be where your feet are.”

Looking ahead, the Packers have another Saturday night game. They play the Baltimore Ravens at Lambeau Field.

“When it’s short weeks like this, we have to limit the reps, but have to be in detail on what our job is.”

The unusual schedule is further complicated by the Christmas holiday on Thursday.

Stackhouse said the Packers have one thing on their wish list.

“Christmas is coming around, it’s the holidays, everyone has their gifts and this and that, but at the same time, we want that W. That’s the gift that we’re fighting for.”

A win would put the Packers in the playoffs.

The interview also went in depth on Stackhouse’s favorite Christmas present he’s ever received, joining the Packers as an undrafted free agent along with many fellow former Georgia Bulldogs teammates and how his rookie year in the NFL has gone.
