Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons has been a household name in Nashville for some time, but he is becoming a household name throughout the league with his dominant performances on the field week after week. He was recently selected to his fourth Pro Bowl and named a starter alongside rookie wide receiver Chimere Dike.

But it’s not just what Simmons does on the field that makes him who he is. Simmons held three separate charity events in a seven-day period through his Give ‘Em A Reason foundation, earning him the NFLPA’s Week 17 Community MVP.

Founded in 2022, the Give ‘Em A Reason Foundation is focused on empowering youth to give them opportunities to build their confidence to succeed in life. Simmons isn’t just a massive presence on the field; he makes a huge impact off of it.

This season, Simmons has 58 tackles (34 solo), nine sacks, 16 tackles for a loss, three pass deflections, and two forced fumbles this season. Plus, he added a one-yard receiving touchdown against the San Francisco 49ers two weeks ago.

The Titans drafted Simmons with their first-round pick in the 2019 NFL draft, and he has been a staple ever since. He is the face of the Titans’ organization, its defensive leader, and a clear community MVP when he’s not on the field.
