Sean McVay gave players the day off on Thursday for Christmas, which was made easier by the fact that the Los Angeles Rams practiced on Wednesday. They don’t play until Monday night so they’ve had an abundance of time to prepare for the Atlanta Falcons in Week 17.

After their first official practice of the week on Friday, the Rams released an updated injury report with players’ participation levels. Four starters, including Davante Adams and Alaric Jackson, were held out of practice due to injury. The same goes for Kevin Dotson and Josh Wallace.

Braden Fiske was upgraded from DNP on Thursday to limited on Friday, but he’s the lone Rams player who made progress. Roger McCreary was once again a full participant.

For the Falcons, three players were added to Friday’s report as limited participants, headlined by Kyle Pitts. It’s unclear when his knee injury occurred but he’ll be someone to watch on Saturday.
