Will Jacksonville Jaguars’ running back Bhayshul Tuten play in Week 17 against Indianapolis?

Here is the latest injury update on Tuten.

Bhayshul Tuten injury update

Tuten returned to practice on Wednesday. A finger injury, which he reportedly had surgery on, sidelined him all of last week and forced him to miss the Denver game.

Tuten was limited in all three practices this week. He is officially listed as questionable for Sunday’s game in Indianapolis.

On the year, Tuten has rushed for 284 yards with four touchdowns on the ground. He’s also caught 10 passes for 79 yards with two more scores. Tuten has shared the backup running back role with LeQuint Allen.

Travis Etienne, of course, leads the way here, but as mentioned, Tuten and Allen have shared the RB2 role. Allen’s playing time has primarily come during obvious passing situations, where he can help in pass protection.

Without Tuten last week, Allen shouldered the backup running back snaps. DeeJay Dalled handled kick return duties, another responsibility of Tuten’s.
