COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) -After the Chargers lost to the Texans on Saturday evening in Los Angeles, the Broncos have now clinched their 16th AFC West division title in franchise history.
The last time the Broncos topped the division was in 2015, when they held the top spot for the division for several seasons prior as well.
The Broncos have become the first team to clinch their division in the AFC this season.
Denver’s final game will be next Sunday against the Chargers, with the chance to have the number one seed in the conference if they win.
