CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns (3-12) try to avoid being swept by the Pittsburgh Steelers (9-6) when the two rivals meet today in Cleveland.

Pittsburgh won the first game, 23-9. Rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel was making his second start for the Browns, throwing 52 times for 221 yards. He was also sacked six times, but had no turnovers.

We’ll see if rookie QB Shedeur Sanders, who is making his sixth start, fares any better against the Steelers stingy defense. The Steelers defense does have a history of roughing up rookie QBs, although they will be missing star edge-rusher T.J. Watt.

If Sanders has a good day against the Steelers, it would be a big step for him, but I think Pittsburgh will win by a field goal, 24-21.
