The Cleveland Browns did a great job playing spoiler on Sunday, overcoming very long odds to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers at home. The win, coupled with the Baltimore Ravens‘ upset victory in Green Bay on Saturday night, kept the Ravens’ playoff hopes alive.

This weekend’s results set up a winner-take-all AFC North division championship game next weekend, when Baltimore visits Pittsburgh.

It also led to a little social media back-and-forth between the Ravens and Browns official X (formerly known as Twitter) accounts.

As you can see above, it all started with the Ravens tweeting a thank-you to the Browns, along with a picture of Kyle Hamilton doing the Shedeur Sanders celebration.

Including that pic was an act of snarkiness, given that it references Hamilton’s sacking and then mocks Sanders.

The Browns responded by letting everyone know that they got the W for themselves, and no one else. This tweet is even cleverer when you consider the contentious context. The Ravens franchise began in 1994, when the Browns moved out of Cleveland.

The current Browns began as an NFL expansion franchise in 1999.
